By accessing the Quantum IQ platform at quantumiqtest.com or purchasing a cognitive assessment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Participant") and Advanced Learning Academy ("Organization," "we," or "our").
The Quantum IQ assessment is an educational and research instrument designed to measure cognitive performance across multiple neurological domains. It generates a composite score and regional performance profile based on your responses to a standardized set of items.
The Quantum IQ assessment does not constitute a medical examination, psychological evaluation, clinical diagnosis, or professional opinion regarding mental health, cognitive impairment, neurological condition, or intellectual disability. Results should not be used as a basis for clinical decision-making, educational placement, employment screening, or legal proceedings.
Results are provided for personal enrichment, self-understanding, and educational purposes. Participants seeking clinical cognitive evaluation should consult a licensed psychologist, neuropsychologist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
The assessment is available to individuals aged 18 years and older. By purchasing or completing the assessment, you affirm that you meet this age requirement. The Organization reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.
By commencing the assessment, you agree to the following conditions:
Violation of these conditions may result in score invalidation without refund and permanent exclusion from the platform.
All assessment content, including but not limited to individual test items, question sequences, scoring algorithms, normative tables, psychometric models, report templates, brain region mapping methodologies, and the Quantum IQ composite scoring formula, is the exclusive intellectual property of Advanced Learning Academy. This content is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access your individual assessment report for personal use. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any assessment content or platform materials.
Assessment fees are displayed at the time of purchase and are charged in US dollars. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment, you authorize the stated charge to your payment method. Prices are subject to change; however, any change in pricing will not affect assessments already purchased.
If you have not commenced the assessment (defined as submitting an answer to the first item), you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase by contacting assessments@advancedlearning.academy.
Once the assessment has been commenced, no refund will be issued, as the assessment content has been delivered and cannot be un-disclosed. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
In the event of a verified technical failure that prevents assessment completion through no fault of the Participant, the Organization will offer either a replacement assessment session or a full refund, at the Participant's election.
By completing the assessment, you grant the Organization a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use your de-identified assessment response data for psychometric research, norming studies, and validation analyses. De-identified data cannot be traced back to you as an individual. Your identifiable personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Learning Academy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Quantum IQ platform, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the assessment giving rise to the claim.
The platform and assessment are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Organization disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or error, that assessment scores will meet your expectations, or that results will be accepted by any third-party institution or employer.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Advanced Learning Academy and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of assessment results, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Atlanta, Georgia. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings related to these Terms.
The Organization reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Advanced Learning Academy regarding your use of the Quantum IQ platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
